Come to find out, it is when someone posts a link that they think you might enjoy. The problem is that they have to specifically post it for YOU. I'm not sayin that this is not a great fuction, but it seems like it could be so much more. I expected it to be a method of suggesting different links to you based on whatever it is that you have posted...
